Georgia Fly Guide only accepts cash or check for payment on guided trips.  We do not accept credit cards or Paypal at this time.

Guide Cancellation :

Because our guides reserve trips well in advance during the year, they depend on these reservations as secured income.  Once a date is booked, it is marked off our guide’s calendar and considered unavailable for others interested in booking a guided trip.

For this reason, a $100 per day, per guide (includes up to 2 anglers) deposit is required to confirm a reservation.  Guide Trips may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 weeks in advance without penalty.

Cancellations received with less than one week (7 days) notice will forfeit their deposit unless a replacement can be found. We do not fish in dangerous water or weather conditions - you are not subject to the seven-day cancellation policy in the event of dangerous or un-fishable conditions. We are happy to re-schedule In most cases.
